Meet Our Admin Staff
Angie Tejeda
Billing & Payroll
I have been a dedicated member of the K&C Inspire Therapy team for the past four years, managing billing and payroll. Alongside this role, I serve as an office assistant at a local high school and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Leadership. I am incredibly proud to be part of K&C, where I am inspired daily by the compassion and dedication of our therapists. In my work with high school students, I am a passionate advocate for mental health, reminding everyone I meet that they are never alone. I firmly believe that with the right support system, anyone can overcome challenges and achieve their greatest potential.

Billing, Scheduling, & Office Support
I’m often the first face clients see when they walk through our doors in Rancho, and I love helping create a warm, welcoming space from the moment they arrive. I assist with Kaiser billing, scheduling, and day-to-day office support, helping keep things running smoothly for both our clients and our team. Building connections comes naturally to me — I truly enjoy getting to know the people we serve and sharing meaningful conversations along the way. Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom of three: cheering on one child in college track, celebrating another who is graduating soon, and supporting my basketball player at the local high school.

Katarina Donado
Admin
I am proud to be part of the K&C Inspire Therapy team, where I help create a warm and welcoming environment for every client who walks through our doors. I enjoy connecting with people and strive to make each person feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the very beginning of their experience. Alongside my role at K&C, I am currently pursuing my education to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in people’s lives, which is one of the many reasons I value being part of such a compassionate and supportive team. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking with friends, and finding ways to recharge while staying connected with the people around me. I am grateful to be part of the K&C family and look forward to continuing to grow alongside both our team and clients.

Karina Patterson
Admin (Receptionist)
I am one of the receptionists here at K&C Inspire Therapy, and my goal is to welcome every person who walks through our doors with the same care and cordiality I would hope to receive myself. I am grateful to work alongside a wonderful team that leads with respect, patience, and courtesy for all of our clients. Alongside my role at K&C, I am currently pursuing schooling to become a Medical Assistant. I have a strong passion for helping others and intentionally placing myself in roles where I can make a positive difference, and this position is a meaningful stepping stone toward that goal. When I'm not in the office or at school, I love to paint, plan parties, do crafts, and enjoy anything creative that gets my mind working.
Meet Our Clinical Supervisors
Paola Gonzales
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
As a Latina clinician and BBS-approved clinical supervisor, I support K&C Inspire Therapy primarily through quality assurance, as well as supervision and consultation. In my quality assurance role, I help maintain clinical consistency and thoughtful service delivery across the practice, ensuring strong documentation practices and alignment with ethical and legal standards of care. I also provide consultation to associate clinicians to support their clinical development and decision-making. I bring a collaborative, strengths-based perspective to my supervision style and am especially passionate about mentoring emerging therapists as they grow into their roles. I value creating supportive learning environments that encourage reflection, cultural responsiveness, and meaningful connection. Beyond my QA responsibilities, I partner with the practice on community events and initiatives that promote access to mental health services and support the next generation of clinicians.

Franceen Rosales
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
With over 15 years of experience across Wraparound services, school-based, and community mental health settings, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional, behavioral, and environmental challenges. For the past two years, I have served as a Clinical Supervisor at K&C Inspire Therapy, mentoring emerging clinicians in ethical practice and trauma-informed care. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work — offering healing grounded in deep empathy, authenticity, and a strengths-based approach that empowers clients to reclaim their voice and move toward meaningful growth.

Alejandra Cardoso-Aguilera
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over nine years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care across community mental health, crisis response, and full-service partnership programs. I am currently part of the Department of Mental Health–Los Angeles Sheriff Department Mental Evaluation Team, where I respond to crisis calls and support individuals experiencing emotional and psychiatric distress. My clinical work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional crises, divorce, anxiety, depression, and the unique stressors associated with high-pressure professions, including law enforcement and first responders. In addition to direct clinical care, I provide direct supervision, consultation, and support to associate clinicians, helping strengthen clinical development, case conceptualization, and clinical decision-making.
Meet Our Clinicians

Andrea Bosman
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and complex faith backgrounds. I'm especially passionate about supporting BIPOC communities and LGBTQIA+ individuals. For those who desire it, I offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith, prayer, and scripture. My approach is deeply relational — I show up as a real, compassionate presence so we can slow down, reflect, and make sense of life together. Therapy with me is collaborative: we walk this journey as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you desire. My work is informed by EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT, and mindfulness-based practices.
Louie Contreras
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
My approach to therapy is centered entirely on your needs and comfort. Think of our work together as a path — one where you take the lead and I walk alongside you. Together, we'll explore how past and present experiences have shaped you, examine how you relate to others, uncover your inherent strengths, and develop new perspectives to navigate what's troubling you. My role is to support your self-discovery and help you reach the goals that matter most to you. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone — including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and underserved communities. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I draw from client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and an eclectic, culturally responsive approach tailored to each individual's unique needs. Together, we can find new ways to understand your challenges, build meaningful insight, and create lasting change.

Mike DeJesus
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist & Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
I offer an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy — one that honors your unique lived experiences and allows you to move at a pace that feels right for you. Drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, I tailor every session to what you need most. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you can safely unpack uncomfortable thoughts and behaviors, recognize your innate strengths, and develop the practical coping skills to meet life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we'll work toward the growth and healing you deserve.

Destiny Espinoza
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
A first-generation professional and M.S. graduate of CSUSB, Destiny's practice is deeply rooted in celebrating diversity and cultural humility. With five years of experience, she draws on Narrative Therapy to anchor her person-centered approach — centering empathy, honoring each client's unique story, and creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels genuinely seen. She is committed to empowering clients from marginalized backgrounds and advocating for equitable, systemic change, all while keeping the individual at the heart of care. Outside the therapy room, you'll find her passionately talking all things baseball — especially the back-to-back World Series champions, the Dodgers — and cherishing quality time with her loved ones.
